Recognised for the second time in a row, Vipal Rubber was the winner of the Transport Top of Mind award in the Tyre Retreading category. The awarding ceremony was held on Thursday (25) at Espaço Cidade Jardim, in São Paulo, and acknowledged the brands, products and services most remembered and preferred by transport professionals in a survey. 

Ivanir Canevese, National Manager of Vipal’s Authorised Network, represented the company and received the award. “It is with great joy that we receive this award, which is one of the most relevant in the road transport market. Being the most remembered brand and the one chosen by transporters when it comes to tyre retreading is one of the greatest recognitions we can receive,” highlighted Canevese.   

For Canevese, being among so many prominent brands is a source of pride for Vipal and serves as fuel to continue investing in innovation and technology to maintain continuous development and create increasingly efficient products and processes. “In 2023, we celebrated 50 years of a journey that began with tyre retreading and currently encompasses a full mix of products and solutions for the retreading segment. This was only possible thanks to the partnerships we established and consolidated over these five decades with suppliers, customers and retreaders from Vipal's authorised network”, he remembered.  

In its seventh edition, the annual survey carried out by TranspoData magazine took into account data collected in events aimed at truck drivers and self-employed people that took place from July to December 2023, in addition to a survey with fleet owners, industry executives, journalists and industry leaders. Vipal was the winner in Tyre Retreading also in 2022, the category’s debut year.
