Vipal Rubber celebrates 15 years in Oceania

Vipal Rubber is celebrating a double milestone in 2023, not only its 50th Anniversary, but also the company’s 15th year providing quality tyre retreading products to the Oceania region.

The company brought together representatives of partner companies from across Australia and New Zealand to the vibrant city of Auckland, in New Zealand’s North.  In total, nine companies participated: Tyre Doctor Group, Yokohama Australia, Tyreright Cavan, Tyre Lug Services, McNeil & NRM Pty, Henry Cumines Pty, and Arctic Cool Treads Pty, from Australia, along with Power Retreads and Tyre Retreaders, from New Zealand. Attendees readily shared valuable personal experiences as well as learnt about new products, special applications, and the full range of services offered by Vipal.

During the event, which took place at the headquarters of one of Vipal's partner companies Power Retreads, representatives could see the machines produced by the company up close. Entirely developed by Vipal, these machines ensure greater productivity and savings for retreaders, combining quality and high performance with the best solutions for different market needs. In addition to New Zealand, the brand's machines are in several other countries on different continents: Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, the United States, El Salvador, and Spain.

Among Vipal Machinery's lines is the VOC760 Cargo, an orbicushion that guarantees the application of cushion gum in the tyre retreading process with less execution time and precision, in addition to using state-of-the-art automation components and reducing material consumption raw material and time in the final retreading process. Another piece of equipment that stands out is the VR01 Smart Duo, a buffer with an exclusive spinning tower system, low energy cost per retreaded tyre and superior productivity with buffering up to 35 tyres per hour, reducing operating costs for the retreader.

“At the event, we shared many enjoyable moments with our Oceania customers, whilst bringing us together to celebrate the 15 years that we have been operating on the continent", says Adalberto Fernández, General Manager of Vipal Rubber in Oceania, who was accompanied by the company's Director of International Business, Leandro Rigon, and Tiago Campanharo, Commercial and Technical Support Representative.  "This was an excellent opportunity for us to present to the Oceania executives two models of machines that excitably combine both Vipal's traditional quality standards with unique innovative equipment features that will advance our customers’ service capabilities” he adds.
